The Hybrid Health Care Quality Assessment (HHQA) measures how effectively your organization delivers digital and hybrid care, built on a scientifically validated healthcare management model. You receive a practical report, a sector benchmark and a clear route to improvement. Available now for pharmacy chains and independent pharmacies. Other sectors are welcome to request access. A separate research license is available for researchers and knowledge institutions.

Research
The HHQA is also available for academic research, under a dedicated research license offered in collaboration with the National eHealth Living Lab (NeLL) at Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC). Researchers and academic institutions are welcome to contact ProxCare to discuss the options.
Frequently asked questions
Who completes the assessment?
The managing pharmacist, or the manager with oversight of strategy, processes and the team. Chains can enroll several branches and compare results at group level.
How long does it take?
The 38 questions take around 30 minutes. You can save your progress and return later. Your report is ready as soon as you finish.
What's the difference between the chain route and the individual route?
The assessment itself is identical. Chains additionally receive aggregated results and an internal benchmark across their group. Independent pharmacies pay a one-off fee of €299 (excl. VAT) and receive the full report with sector benchmark.
What happens to my data?
Your answers are treated in confidence and used only in anonymized form for the sector benchmark. Your results are never shared with third parties in any identifiable way — including health insurers and chain organizations — without your consent.
Why don't I see a cookie banner?
Because we only use functional cookies — the bare minimum to make the website and assessment work. No tracking, no analytics, no marketing cookies: we don't follow you, so there's nothing to ask. We do ask you to read and accept our privacy statement and terms before you start — they set out exactly how we handle your data.
The assessment isn't working properly. What's wrong?
Check that your browser allows cookies. The assessment relies on functional cookies to store your login and progress — without them, it can't run. Your progress is saved securely on our platform, so you can continue on any device, right where you left off.

Your report links each priority to accredited e-learning modules from the Hybrid Care Accelerator (developed with the IVM). HHQA participants receive an exclusive discount on access.
